Roles and Responsibilities
Service POS terminals promptly at merchant locations (In and out of city).
Tie workflow to schedule.
Manage all service calls, install, de-install and test the POS terminals once installed
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
Produce timely and detailed service reports.
Document processes (Confirming and closing calls).
Coordinate with helpdesk on a service call basis.
Follow and execute all service call procedures and protocols.
Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organisation.
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
Build positive relationships with customers.

Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
Co-ordinate and plan for office services and place inventory request orders at any time as requested by service technicians.
Be available to go to warehouse and check for parts for the service technicians working.
Pick up parts from our depot or from ups or purolator depots and deliver the parts to the service technicians as required.
Open inventory, check off and verify equipment with packing slip serialized count and add to local inventory count.
Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
Package and ship defective inventory with packing serialized count to head office.
Adjust inventory counts on a daily basis making adjustments with the inventory used and with the inventory received.
Suitable employee must remain on call from 7am to 11:30pm.
Once an inventory request call is placed by a service technician, the employee must contact the ticket supervisor before heading to the depot.
Must log total km's driven and total travel time for each service ticket.
Manage and monitor online helpdesk system.
Monthly reports of inventory and call performance must be submitted to Service Manager.
Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
Verify technicians call logs on a weekly basis and prepare pay cheque accordingly.
