Technicians are readily available for site visits, service calls, installations, de-installations, trouble shooting. All calls are completed on time and emphasis is given to priority calls as required by the banks and service vendors. All calls will be completed and closed with dispatch while the technicians are on site.

A 1400 sq. ft. warehouse is available to store any inventory as required. Warehouse personnel will be available to receive, scan and ship equipment as needed. A forklift is available to assist with shipping and receiving. Damaged equipment is shipped to its designated depots weekly and new equipment is ordered as required depending on project specifications.

Since POS terminals can break down anytime, technicians are readily available to tackle any emergency 365 days a year. Schedules are made to meet contract requirements and technicians are readily available to tackle necessary workloads.
